What to Expect:

  • Personalized Consultation: A consultation will be held to break down and discuss your personalized plan.
  • Tailored Workout Plan: The workout plan will be customized to fit your goals, fitness level, and available time.
  • Flexible Session Frequency: You can choose the number of personal training sessions per week. For the remaining days, a workout plan with video demonstrations will be provided for you to follow.
  • Mobility and Flexibility Assessment: Initially, your mobility and flexibility will be assessed to identify any "red flags" or areas that need attention.
  • Strength, Muscle Endurance, and Cardiovascular Assessments: Basic exercises will be performed to evaluate your performance level in these areas.
  • Body Measurements (Optional): Body measurements will be taken only if you want them.
  • Goal-Oriented Workout Plan: A workout plan will be created to reach your goals and improve all areas of fitness, including strength, muscle endurance, stamina, flexibility, and body composition.
